Return or Cancellation Policy

Unlike most bridal salons and websites don’t allow returns or cancellations, Beyond Le Veils Bridal offers a full merchandise refund on all accessories, and a 50% merchandise refund on bridal, bridesmaid, mothers', flower girl, and special occasion dresses, as well as tuxedos and suits.




To return your merchandise…

  1. Return your merchandise within 10 days of receiving it.
  2. Return merchandise in its original condition and in original packaging with tags attached. Monogrammed, dyed, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or special orders are non-returnable.
  3. Contact us at BeyondLeVeils@gmail.com to start a return and receive the return authorization form and place it in the box.
  4. Mail the box to 7809 NE Vancouver Plaza Dr. Ste.175, Vancouver, WA 98662 using your preferred shipping method. When we receive it, we will send you an email. We will issue a refund due to you minus any restocking fees on the card used to purchase the item.
  5. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.


Who’s responsible for return shipping?

Online merchandise must be returned via mail. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No credit will be given for lost packages being returned to Beyond Le Veils Bridal. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

What if I received a promo code or other special offer on my returned or cancelled item?

Returned or cancelled items will void any promotional codes or other special offers. 

How do I handle defective merchandise?

If you feel your merchandise is defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving it for a return authorization. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags attached. Once received, our customer service representative will inspect the merchandise for defects and, if applicable, contact the designer to repair or replace it. If we find that the merchandise is not defective or has been misused, it will be shipped back to you. We will incur shipping charges and a credit will be issued to the card on file, on defective merchandise, but we will not incur shipping charges on merchandise that is not found defective or misused.

What if I need to cancel my order before I receive it?

When an order is placed at Beyond Le Veils Bridal, we immediately place a special order with the designer. As with any special order, the designer does not allow it to be cancelled. As a service to our customers, if you do need to cancel your order, we offer a full refund on accessory orders and a 50% refund on bridal, bridesmaid, mothers', flower girl, and special occasion dresses, as well as tuxedos and suits. 

Shipping & Handling

Standard Shipping on Dress Orders:

Once your order gets approved, it will go into production. The production time varies depending on the product and designer. You can see the estimated shipping dates on each product page.

When the dress is completed, it will ship out from our warehouse. Shipping will take up to 2 – 8 business days within the continental US. International orders may be delivered after the expected delivery date due to customs. 

You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. 

Once your order ships, we are unable to change your delivery address. Beyond Le Veils Bridal is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

 

Shipping Responsibility:

In-Stock Dress Orders:

As we are a made-to-order company, we do not carry a large inventory. We have a limited inventory of dresses on hand. These dresses ship out within 1 – 2 days and take up 2-8 business days for delivery.

Accessories Orders:

Accessories orders include veils, robes, jewelry, and ties. Most of these items are in-stock and will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping time takes an additional 2-8 business days. If the product is not in-stock, the product page will indicate that.

Shipping Promotions:

Beyond Le Veils Bridal occasionally runs promotions on shipping. These promotions are only valid for order being shipped within the continental U.S.

How to Calculate Shipping:

You can calculate your shipping cost by adding an item to your shopping bag and using our estimated shipping calculator. For US residents, enter your zip code and click calculate.

For international residents, select your country from the drop down and click calculate. The drop-down menu to the right will show you all available shipping methods to your area and an estimated shipping and handling cost.

International Shipping:

Not all designers allow us to ship their products overseas. These designers include Riki Dalal.
